I got an email the other day from a guy that was selling me his 001 for $400. It turnd out that he decided to turn arround and sell it to someone else after we had an agreement, but thats life....

I have had this before. First, are you getting signal through the console? Mine got to the point where I had it replaced due to other problems, but first try a factory reset. This fixes the problem...

You Can also try setting up aux tracks with yor plug ins on those. that way you can use one plug in such as reverb and use it on every single track if desired and not us up all your power!

because no C24 is shipped with a fuse installed and it came with no package containing any others and it doesn't turn on!!

Thanks, I figured also if someone came to me with an adat I could run that into protools and be able to edit everything on the computer rather than doing things oldschool with an adat.

Actually you can use all the inputs of the C24 by sending them out of the console into the 002Rack via the 8 analogue inputs,8 ADAT inputs and 2 sp/dif inputs.This would allow you a total of 18...
