Well, this is why Digi doesn't like to give us an expected release date. If it's going to be released by the end of the month, then this is the week. But it seemed pretty dependent on a 10.5.3...

I would think that's a no-brainer. It would be pointless to make LE compatible with 10.5.2 just as Apple releases 10.5.3. About as pointless as... HD being compatible with 10.5.1!

I would say, hang tight until this Monday the 7th. It's a decent guess (thanks to someone on this forum) that we may see something because McDSP announced they will be releasing Leopard compatible...

HD only works on 10.5.1. So it's not the best scenario anyway. If you buy a new Mac, you get 10.5.2, which is more stable as an OS and provides significant improvements. With the release of 10.5.3...

Apple Seeds 10.5.3

Apple just seeded Leopard version 10.5.3 to developers. Lots of bug fixes. This usually means the release of the update is relatively imminent. I wonder if this helps Digi or will set things back...

I got the same info from Sweetwater today - they told me Digi is hoping to release LE/Leopard compatibility in April.
