PT will not launch

"Pro Tools is either not installed or used by another program". I have seen this message before and quit whatever program was preventing PT from launching. But now I get this message with nothing...

Thanks for the reply. My headphones are hooked up directly to the 001. The monitors also go out as well, so I know it's something up with PT.

Is there a way in PT 5.01 to bounce to disk (SDII File) and also create an mp3 at the same time. I know you can bounce a song to disk and burn a CD for example, but without having to bounce twice,...
