Cause I do use Reason and Melodyne along with Protools!
And I could feel that Melodyne is killing all the resources once I load Melodyne Bridge.

I usually runs BFD. Reason and Kontak Player along with Protools...

I think this would make a huge difference in terms of CPU loads and Ram...

Noise is certainly an issue for me.
As for loading sound libraries, I do have sound libraries and they're stores into a 500GB 7200rpm drive which had worked fine so...
