Oh, right. I forgot to mention. I've used half a dozen different macs on different servers and tried all the browsers available. All I get is errors.

I get a: 500 Internal Server Error every time I try and login and there doesn't seem to a way to contact Avid about the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't had any real problems with cs2 and 10.5.2 and would normally update without thinking too much about it. This time, however, I'm feeling superstitious and think I'll hold off.

Since the RTAS processor preference says 1 to 8 processors, I'm assuming it's running 1 core from 1 chip not 1 quad core processor. At least I think that's what it would mean. I'm also using 65% CPU...

I have the exact setup as you (except for 10.5.2) and am loving it.

I did set my number of processors to one in the RTAS preferences because I've had some playback trouble, but other than that...

Maybe I missed this, but why don't all of you that want to use/checkout Leopard set up a partition or separate HD and use it? I did this exact thing when we all switched from v9 to v10 and it worked...
