got it sorted, I didn't have the inputs correctly routed on the Focusrite Control.

Thanks for that, I got sent the 12.4 download link. While I was waiting though I did try installing 12.7 on my OS X 10.8.5 Mac, and its working fine so far which is great.

hi, larger sessions as in with more plug ins, bussing, parallel processing. I have not gone over the track count, so it is more about the processing.
