Sorry, I can't help you, just report that RMX 1.6 and MIDI timing is running stable on my system (Mac Pro and Mac Book Pro with PT 7.4 and OSX 10.4.10).

no more REX import after installing 7.3.1 CS2

Do you think it's an OS problem? Since the Mbox is running fine with LOGIC AUDIO it seems (to me) to be a ProTools 6.4 LE + Mbox problem. I ran a Digi 002 Rack / PT 6.4 on the same(!)...
