Getting an NFR License extended?

Hi:

I own 2 copies of Strike. One (v1.02) runs on a legacy system. The other (v1.5.1) runs on my more modern home system. Initially when I authorized the newer version, it ate the authorization for my older version. Avid eventually issued me a two year "NFR" authorization for the legacy version. That authorization is about to expire. According to the original case document (Case 01842251) they are willing to issue a new NFR, if I still need it, which I do.

Does anyone know if I now need to purchase an ASC in order to talk to Avid to get my authorization resolved?

There seems to be no other way contact them.
