9.0.3 is here but the cracks and pops too ?

I just read the readme file i didnt download it yet but I
didnt saw nothing about quick punch play and stop click pops and noise
error. . Just hoping is fixed ..

that was supposed to have been fixed already on one of the other cs updates. but it seems for some people as myself, it worked, but for mykhal c it is not woking??? so not sure what is up w it??? something system specific i am guessing??

'A' session...9.0/9.02driver...no pops/clicks on quick punch
same 'A' session...9.0.2/9.0.2driver...separate partition...pops and clicks with QP

will install and test 9.0.3 on 9.0.2 partition today...

The test is simple just have session with few tracks with
audio content and some midi if posible. Then opem a new audio track
enable quick punch . Let the timeline run and start to make quick punches ramdon.
Youre gonna hear something strange if you have it. It yo make it fast, in and out it makes a Stutter effect in all audio and interrupt the playback durint it ..wierd no?

Is really important Avid .. I had a session with my client on my back while recording some
Background vocals and it was really a shame because of it. I endded up making excuses
and defending PT because Its ridiculous at some point like the play and pause issue so....

I wasn't even aware that there was a driver update...

I went up to 9.0.3 using the original 9.0.0 drivers.. (Mac) and it works fine.

i was posting in the 903 testers thread in the general forum and got a response about the from digitechsupport. they are working on this bug (and the low latency monitoring bug) but the fixes weren't ready for this update.

Does the 9.0.2 have the driver integrated? Or 9.0.3. ?

Because when installing 9.0.3 it says installing audio driver
during setup but it not appears installed after setup in device manager.

there was a separate 9.0.2 driver install for W7. i did not see one for 9.0.3...probably usin' the same 9.0.2 driver...at least that's my guess...i haven't installed 9.0.3 yet so i might be off-base...

The latest drivers are on the Driver Updates page, not in the Pro Tools 9 updates or full installers:
www.avid.com/drivers

In Pro Tools 9.0 and higher, the drivers for most devices are not part of the Pro Tools installation.
