What is DAE error -9060 ?

What is DAE error -9060 ? It was all working fine until this error suddenly appeared near the end of a song and the track stopped dead.

I have an intel iMac running Pro Tools LE 7 (digi rack 002)

Thanks for your help - I checked the link and then checked my song for a corrupted audio file. It turned out to be fade that was causing the problem and luckily no original audio was lost. Problem solved!
