MBox1 - Blue Screen Of Death Crash

Hello All - First time poster here at the DUC.

Please help!! Been fighting ProTools for a few days now, couldn’t find the answer on the boards. Any help anyone could offer is greatly appreciated - have tried about everything.

Upgraded to a new PC, launching ProTools will cause a 'Blue Screen Of Death" Crash.

Details:
- Purchased and have operated the MBox1 for over 8 months.
- Upgraded to a new PC (specs below)
- Launching ProTools will crash system.
- Removed Audio Card from PC (and drivers)
- Installed onboard Audio drivers
- Still a no go
- Uninstalled everything
- Reinstalled everything
- Still a no go

- Win XP Pro 2002 Service Pack 2

- Mother Board
Asus K8V-X SE
AMD Sempron 3000+
1G Ram

- Audio Card
Sound Blaster Audigy
Driver Update 7 / 8 / 2005
Version 5.121.512

- Video Card
nVidea GeForce FX 5500
