Default Perpetual License Renewal Not Showing

Yesterday I purchased 2 one year renewals for my perpetual license and support plan through the AVID online store. I paid for it and was charged, but nothing has happened???

1. I never got a receipt from AVID. (Luckily, I have a screenshot of the order confirmation which says "A confirmation email has been sent to null. It may take a few minutes to arrive."

2. My account still does not reflect any update to my plan, it's still expiring soon!

3. My order history for 2024 is empty!

Did something go wrong? Where is what I purchased?

Can you DM me the MyAvid on where your Pro Tools system ids are registered so I can also coordinate your concern to our Avid Online store team?

same problem here !! My Perpetual License PT Studio expired on 30.March and I renewed April 2. My Credit Card was charged by Digital River Avid Technology with the full amount. Same as Moogboy100 when ordering it stated that my order was being processed, but I received no E-Mail confirmation

My account still does not reflect the payment and my ILok has not been updated.


Appreciate your help in sorting this out.
