First thing you can do is post a Sandra report. We have zero info about your system.

First thing I would check is to make sure the plug-in is the most recent version.

Hi Shulak,

I know this a old thread. I currently have the same issue with Amplitube Fender and Metal.

This is a step in the right direction.

Before beginning update Pro tools to 8.04 or what ever the latest patch is.

1.) Logon as administrator

2.) Uninstall the Amplitube program giving your grief.

3.) Reboot

4.) Download the latest version of the Amplitube you're trying to install.

5.) Unzip...etc

6.) Right click on the Amplitube installer and select run as administrator.

7.) Once installed Right click on the Amplitube and select run as administrator.

8.) Register normally

9.) Right click on Pro Tools and select run as administrator.

10.) Try running via the AudioSuite > Harmonic > Amplitube

If you still get this error open a ticket with IK Multimedia.

I will post more info as troubleshoot this myself using Windows 7
