2 cinema displays!!!
Hi everybody,
Just wanted to let you know that that I have 2 cinema displays hooked to a new Mac dual gig with the titanium video card running Pro Tools HD3. Flawless so far, even though Digi has not yet approved the Titanium card. Someone here had infered that this was not possible, so I thought I'd speak up. Thanks, Jamie

Why are you looking at Cinema Displays anyway when you live in Aspen?!?

The Ti card has 1 ADC and 1 DVI output (both digital). Apple now sells the DR BoTT DVI to ADC adaptor to run the 2nd monitor. Works like a charm.
In Aspen, we have screen savers of the beach on our cinema displays! Jamie

I believe that Gefen (Extend-It) makes a box that will convert VGA to ADC as well, so you could use 2 cinema displays with any of the approved Apple dual monitor cards. Only problem is, the box is about $400!!! No wait...that's not the only problem...the price of the Cinema Displays is a major "problem", too!!!
