Default Sandra Report? Help me out

So I just started having this issue where I start up pro tools and everything is running very smooth then in about 10 min. a window pops up saying...Audio processing is conflicting with other CPU tasks, my buffer setting is at its highest. Im using an MBOX interface on pro tools 8. Could this be a virus I got from some bad plug ins? I uninstalled them all

Im not running anything else on my CPU!

whats going on???

And I can give a sandra report, but what do you need to see that would be most helpful??? there is so much crap that thing can do, I have never used it and dont know my butt from a whole in the ground when it comes to computers
