Audio Latency and Buffered (Registered) & ECC RAM DIMM Latencies

Computer processor RAM DIMM’s have a latency spec too. Some RAM sticks are quicker than others. Buffered (registered) RAM increases the memory’s latency. My questions are:

1) Does ECC (Error-correcting code) memory increase a RAM module’s latency as well?

2) Most importantly though, does the latency of the RAM modules in Mac processor trays affect audio latency in anyway with:
a) Pro Tools Native HD systems?
b) any Pro Tools Native systems?
c) Pro Tools HDX systems?
