Basic Editing Question - Move Clip to Other Track
Hi.
I have 2 tracks. First track: one continuous file. Second track: a bunch of chopped up clips, with areas in between them where there are no clips; just blank space. How do I select all of my clips from the second track and COPY them to the first track, without shifting them left or right? Also, preferably, when copying from the second track, I ONLY want to copy the actual clips. I DO NOT want to copy the empty spaces. The end result will be that the first track will now but cut up into clips of itself AND the second track. Please help. Thanks! |

Re: Basic Editing Question - Move Clip to Other Track
Use the Object Grabber tool to select the clips > hit "p" to move the selection up > hit "v" to paste:
Hope that helps. Shane
