Yep. Did you download it for free and have it actually authorize with 7.4 or notice it came bundled with 8.0 now?

This is from digi on the download page for maxim. It appears that D-Fi and Sansamp PSA-1 are also free.

"The D-Fi bundle (LoFi, RectiFi, SciFi, VariFi), Maxim, and SansAmp PSA-1 plug-ins are included with Pro Tools 8 as free plug-ins that do not require iLok authorization. These version 8 plug-ins are automatically installed during Pro Tools 8 installation.

Downloads below listed as "for Pro Tools 7.3.1-8.0" can also be used with Pro Tools HD, LE, and M-Powered v7.3.1, 7.4, and 7.4.2 systems, and require no iLok authorization to use."

So your saying they will work in 7.4 with no authorization? Nice! I didn't look as I already had them and of course they are free in 8.0. Good news for the 7.4 users. Did ya check the free TL Metro stuff too? That work?

EDIT: Its looks like Digi is throwing the 7.3-7.4 owners a bone too. TL AutoPan and the TL Utilities suite are listed as free downloads now for 7.3 and up. So lets see. TL AutoPan, TL Utilities, Maxim, SansAmp PSA-1, Di-Fi, Vari-Fi, RectiFi, Lo-Fi....Even those that didn't upgrade get something out of 8.0. Thanks Digi! You could have coded those free versions to only work with 8.0. Where are the whiners now

You only have to download the current Pace/Ilok drivers, then no problem!

I LOVE that I finally got Maxim and Sans-amp for free. Makes me take much glory in how long I was able to resist spending money on them. It paid off big time. Woohoo!

I wonder if they fixed Sansamp's inaccurate delay read-out? This stopped me from using it almost completely on any kind of parallel duties, which is where I'd LIKE to use it the most (I bought it a few years ago...guess they're giving it away for free now?)

I thought I figured out around how much delay it had a while ago...around 46-48 samples or something?
