Default My first post here - Pro Tools 7.3.1 not working

I loaded and hooked up my Mbox 2 Mini. I loaded the Pro
Tools as well. When I did that, my computer found the Mbox no problem.
However, when I open the Pro Tools software, I get an error. It says the
following:

"This software requires installation of the device driver TPkd and a reboot
before running. Please reboot or reinstall the software
"

Anybody know where I can get this missing driver?

thanks

What version of Windows? Have you installed the latest Pace ilok drivers?

Is this what you are looking for?

"If you plan to use an Mbox 2, Mbox 2 Micro, Mbox 2 Mini, Digi 002, or 003 with Windows 7, please download the updated driver for your system (not required for Mbox 2 Pro or Eleven Rack)"

This request is for the iLok driver. PT 7.3.1 was a good stable release.

Okay here's where I'm at.

I"m using Windows XP Home.

I downloaded the iLok driver at the site indicated above.

I went to open PT and I get a box appear on the screen

PRO TOOLS DETECTED A DRIVER INSTALL ERROR. PRO TOOLS WILL CONTINUE TO LAUNCH BUT MAY BE SLOW TO BEGIN RECORDING

OK CANCEL

I clicked OK and PT proceeded to load. I then get a second box pop up that says the following:

UNABLE TO LOCATE DIGIDESIGN HARDWARE. MAKE SURE YOUR HARDWARE IS DETECTED AND TURNED ON. CLICK OKAY WHEN HARDWARE IS C0NNECTED

OK CANCEL
.

I checked and my computer is showing M Box2 Mini as connected.

Thought I'd bump this to see if you're up and running.

I'd suggest a uninstall then a re-install. It seems your hardware drivers haven't installed properly.
