Upgrade problem : registration code missing
 

Hello,
I have an MBox 2 that I bought in february 2007 to an official reseller.
I first installed the pro tool on a mac mini, it worked fine.

But I now have a PC with Windows Vista, and I need to use the Mbox as an external audio card. I don't necesseraly need pro tools. I just actually need a good line output.

My problem is :
I never registered my product, and it appears that I lost my Registration Card.
A have everything else : PT LE Code, serial number, original CD of protools for windows, getting started guide, basics guide.

I read that only 7.4 version supports vista.
And I can't find just a standalone driver for MBOX 2, I have to install Pro Tools.
Can you confirm this ?

Could you help me :
How can I register my product, without my registration code ? In order to download the 7.4 version...
I stil have the bill of my purchase if it can help.

vista is supported with protools 7.4 but as far as I know the wave driver for vista is not out yet.
so you can use windows xp or a diffrent sound card. or you can wait until its available.

Fax a copy of your receipt to Customer Service at 650.731.6384 and indicate on the fax that you're trying to register and lost your reg. card.

Hello. I'm in the same trouble. I bought my Mbox 2 mini from amazon in december 2008, never register and now I need to because I want to upgrade to protools 8 (it came with that option) but I lost my registration card. I have everything else.
I can´t send you a fax but can I send my receipt by email?

dear admin, I have same problem.. I buy a second hand Protool M-powered 7.3.1 and dont have registration card, is there any other way to register my protool,, thank you
