Where can I Find My System ID?
Hi all,
A friend purchased and gifted to me Pro Tools Express with an upgrade to 11. I tried to install install but keep running into an error that says I need to be running OS X 10.7 or newer. I'm running Yosemite. When I try to upgrade it to 11 it asks me for my systems ID. I've looked everywhere but I can't find my system ID. I have no idea what a system ID is or where I can find it. I have all the proofs of purchase, the iLok, activation card but nothing seems to work. I think I'm having the same issue as found in this thread: http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=356750 But not seeing any way that I can get help from support. I'm hoping someone my be able to point me in the right direction. Cheers. |

Pro Tools Express would not have included a System ID. Do you have an Activation/Redemption Code for Pro Tools 11? If not, and your Pro Tools Express is the Avid version (not Akai/InMusic) you can upgrade by purchasing the $199 Pro Tools Annual Upgrade and Support Plan from http://shop.avid.com/ccrz__ProductDe...ku=DYNAPA20003 |
