EuCon - Key Commands - Not Working

Any more info on this? I'm using Dock Control Surface keys to fire Keyboard Maestro key commands. The key commands work on their own, but Eucon can't send them. I uninstalled and reinstalled and enabled everything in Security that was requested. TIA for recommendations. (Latest Eucon on Mac Studio 12.3.1)

And you have tried to see if even the most basic key will get through to a text App ?

Just so I'm eliminating pilot error, here are the steps I just tried:

1. turned off Lock to Application so TextEdit could be the focussed app.

2. Made a new softkey under the Welcome in Welcome to Artist Series.

3. Hit command, chose "Key" typed in a capital "A" closed editor

4. Made a soft key label, saved.

5. Focussed TextEdit, tried the new key.

...nothing.

In System Preferences/Privacy/Accessibility/ Eucon is checked.

My Wacom tablet has a control panel for firing key commands from the ExpressKeys on the tablet. These aren't working either. I'm beginning to suspect deeper permissions issues in Monterey....

There should be MClient and EuControl in the accessibility settings?

Yes:

Security & Privacy/Accessibility/EuControl.app and MC_Client.app are checked.

Input Monitoring/(I tried with and without EuControl.app here, but it seemed to have no effect)

But not in Full Disk Access, Files & Folders, or Automation. And many of the usual suspects do show up in these three categories like Soundminer.

Right after focusing on the text App and sending the A, can you collect the logs and send to me?

WAIT, HOLD THE PRESS! I figured it out:

•Go to Accessibility, remove (with the minus key) both EuControl and MC Client.

•Log user out, log back in.

•Allow Eucon and MC Client, and it works.

And I fixed the Wacom tablet, too. Wacom support gave me a clue:

Wacom Driver Support

Note: Adding permissions must be done within the first 30 minutes of installing the driver. If the driver was installed outside of the time window, please uninstall and reinstall the driver.

It's quite possible that while I was installing the zillion plug-ins on the Mac, that 30min elapsed before I authorized the driver.
