Will there be an upgraded compatibility list for PC's and Laptops running W7?

As a general rule, if your hardware is running 8.0.4 well on W7/64, it should run PT9.

It seems that PTLE 8 to PT 9 with Instrument expansion is a cheaper path than to perform the upgrade with individual upgrades on my original AIR instrument pluggins. In the past I had purchased each one separately.

DTS, just to get it clear,

The ProTools 9 Box Full Version ($599) includes the i-lok, yes, but
does ProTools 9 Box Version Crossgrade from LE ($249) include an i-lok?

Thanks again,
Rob

A quote from the store:

Please note: An iLok USB Smart Key (sold separately) is required to use Pro Tools 9.

If you are on a different OS and have questions about upgrading, and about your computers ability to hold up... Please start another thread and post a Sandra Report on your system and we will all have a look.
