positional scrubbing algorithm?
the document "what's new in PT 5.0.1" mentions a new "positional algorithm" for scrubbing "where the distance and speed with which you scrub determine the length and speed of the scrubbed audio." (Is it just me, or could that sentence mean just about anything? it's like saying "your new automobile is equiped with a positional steering algorithm whereby the distance and speed with which you turn the wheel determines the steering rate of your front wheels.") Seriously, does anyone know what that means? Has the scrubbing finally been fixed so that it's no longer dependent on the display zoom?
