Default Kurzweil PC2 digital out.

I'm thinking about getting a Kurzweil PC2 (Checkit) it's about the best sounding keyboard I've heard. I'm glad that they decided to add a digital out, BUT, it only transmits at 48k. I usually use 44.1 or 88.2, but I'm probably going to start recording at 96 soon. Does anyone know how I can use the digital outs and use whichever sample rate I want? Do I have to get some sort of sample rate converter? What would you recommend? Thanks.
