I've always used PT on windows, and agree that the windows version looks quite ugly. There are some posts in this forum where people talked about changing windows looks with some custom made themes. It looked a bit better

I had periods of time where I’d work on BOTH platforms in the course of a day, without ANY issues. I guess some of us have a higher tolerance for what we’d consider “unbearable.” I honestly, again, was too busy getting my work done to be knocked off course by something this trivial. I guess if you look hard enough, you can always find something to bring you to a standstill.

I for one will not rest until we get it on MacOS too!

Does anyone know when it started? or why it's still like that?
While it's not a complete dealbreaker for me personally,
it does seem like an odd choice, why that blue?

Before I leave this thread forever, I have to ask why the big meltdowns over a color scheme??? Makes no sense from where I sit. Just do your work.

After using Pro Tools on Mac, it does affect work efficiency and the feel is a bit worse.

It's not just a color difference, the windowing system is awful compared to Mac. And for me the shortcuts are much more awkward.

Yes I can sit down and work on Windows it's just not as pleasant.
