Default Pro Tools interface beautification

I'm from China, sorry for my poor English. I've been using Pro Tools in MAC, and its interface is very easy to use, but I tried to use it in Windows, and its interface is unacceptable to me, does anyone have this problem? How to solve it? It doesn't look like a software of this era, does anyone know their update plan?

Hi, that is a very very common complaint. I don't think anyone here knows of a plan to update it.

I don't use windows but I agree from what I have seen the Windows PT GUI for sub menu selection processes etc. still kinda looks likes PT 5 But I wonder if that is a Avid PT thing, or a Windows thing?

I have no issues with the look of Pro Tools in Windows - since 2001. I did shrink the borders and then just got on with my work. You could try dark mode.

I used to work on a MAC rig at my freelance job, then come back here and do my own projects on my Windoze rig. Didn’t see a huge difference, other than all the “screen buttons” being on the RIGHT on Windows, and LEFT on MAC.
That being said, it’s all MAC in here now. But that had NOTHING to do with the Windows interface. That’s a non-issue here.
