Was not a forum. I sent a ticket in. They helped immensely. We worked on it for a couple days. Eventually they said it would have to be an apple update. Set up a ticket with their support team. They are great.

Ya still not quite clear what you mean ? You keep saying issues with the ethernet connection on the Carbon.
But given there is no TB connection on the Carbon can we assume what you actually mean is you were having issues when using the ethernet connection on the Mac Studio, and that is the connection end where you used the Ethernet to TB = into the Mac Studio ???

Hi, I was using the simple internet connection of Carbon directly to my M1 Studio and having problems with the connection when booting the system. Sometimes Carbon was recognized, sometimes not (didn’t happen to me before Sequoia ). I’ve opted to add the Ethernet to Thunderbolt adapter and connect that way. That way, I get a solid boot connection every time. Hope this is more clear now. I know the connection still being registered as TB network in mac OS but this way works perfectly.

Interesting I thought that the connection issue with Carbon was On OS Sonoma as per this thread indicates
