Glad to hear that. The legacy Mytek D/A in my living room lives to see another day.

Default Sequoia... anyone?

Initially, I encountered difficulties booting up Sequoia with the Ethernet connection ( carbon unit). Consequently, I opted for the Thunderbolt option, and I must commend the performance improvement achieved with the latest release (dev beta).

Anyone doing this with an M4 chip? I'm having trouble that I didn't have last month with an M3 chip. (The Apple Store people convinced me to come back and trade the M3 in for an M4.) Not sure if my problems are CPU- or OS- related. Or maybe something else.... still troubleshooting.

I'm amazed that Sequoia is qualified so quickly! Feels like Sonoma took forever to get qualified. I'm still running Ventura!

Can I get a link to that forum of Focusrite? I'd like to keep an eye on that article.

I'm also having different problems with our Scarlet 18i20 working with an Mac Book M4 Pro, and perhaps Focusrite would be more helpful than Avid has been.
(Avid's responde: "The M4 has not yet been qualified.")

I had the same thought (which I why I'd falsely assumed that only Sonoma was approved). They flew through this one quickly.

What do you mean by this? A Thunderbolt connected ethernet adapter instead of the built-in ethernet?
