Pro Tools isn't accepting hotkeys from Stream Deck on Windows

Picked up a Stream Deck XL. Anyone know how I can get this working with PT on Windows? Even simple hotkeys are ignored.

Watched the video below and even downloaded the free profile in the description but Pro tools just ignores anything sent by the Stream Deck, except for launching the app.

The Stream Deck is working with everything else on my system but I was really hoping to use it with Pro Tools. Contacted Elgato support to see if they can help. Anyone having luck with this on Windows?

Ok I have no idea what happened but today it is working as expected. Maybe the good ole “Did you try restarting the computer?”
