Default New Mbox 3 Pro Driver Issue

Hi,

I upgraded to the new Mbox 3 Pro drivers since they fixed the speaker select button, but I've noticed a new problem now. More times than not, when I boot my Mac and then turn on the Mbox, no sound comes out. I have to cycle the power and then it works. Anybody else have this issue?

Thanks!

Does this happen if you turn the Mbox on before the Mac? This is my usual procedure and I have not had that problem.

I will try that. I thought for Firewire with Mac you were supposed to turn it on after since it wasn't as robust as USB and could fry your device? Maybe I was mistaken.

Start wit ur hard drives, then Mbox, then ur Mac! Interestingly there is a bug in the new drivers for some of us. I lost my tuner - which is no big deal - but I did get with Avid and we discovered it. The fella I worked with was extremely helpful and I will get with both of you as soon as I learn something if u have that issue! I'm really glad my speaker buttons actually work now!
