Default Time & Pitch Shift Question!

Greetings!

Yesterday, I got my Digi 003 Rack - installed it easily, works fine!

But I have a little problem when useing Time and Pitch Shift plugins - when I apply these effects to audio track, it gets distorted - the sound quality goes bad!

Please, tell me how can I solve this problem?
