1) the Computer. It's hard to tell is it's a good computer for Pro Tools. I would stick with a company like RAIN Computer who specifically support Pro Tools:

2) That interface is good- whether it is better than your Audiophile or not really depends on what you are doing...

I would give that computer a "NO GO", based on a few things. The i3 cpu is a low budget dual core and you want a quad(trust me, you really do want a quad). Next, Intel HD graphics is an onboard graphics setup, which is usually another show stopper, plus you will need a second hard drive(an easy upgrade to any tower), so I second promixr's advice. As to the interface, I would not expect any change in quality as you are still dealing with M-Audio engineering, so if the features suit you better, that's cool(but the AudioFile likely has lower latency due to its being in a PCI(e) slot(or am I remembering this wrong)? If its features you need, what are those features? Would a nice external mic pre give you what you need?

No threat to anything other than a firewire interface may exhibit a bit more latency than a PCI or PCIe interface(latency= slight delay in the phones when recording)
