Pro Tools video output using Nitris DX

Hi,

At our postproductions facilityhouse we are new to Pro Tools. We have a lot of Avid Media Composer suites etc.

We are trying to get a video output from Pro Tools using a Nitris DX. I have read the documentation I could find, but nothing works for us. We don't get any output from the Nitris DX.

We have the Nitris DX driver installed, even tried different versions.

The Nitris DX works on the machine when we use it with Media Composer.

It might be something simple we need to turn on inside Pro Tools as we don't know the platform that well.

Any ideas?

What Pro Tools ultamate version?

It was the latest, 2018.12 Ultimate (trial) but now I'm on the regular 2018.12 (paid).

I'm on a PC win 10.

Video track in PTs enabled should be able to select output.
Just the DX? Any other interface?
2018.12 regular. Win 10.
Check drivers setting from windows optimizing.
If using DX do you get audio out?

Not sure where I can select video output?

We only have the DX. Audio is played using internal PC audio (ASIO4ALL)

We don't have audio from the DX. It is apparently not possible. :-/

And now it's working!

I reinstalled the Nitris DX driver (Which I have done like five times before) and now it plays back fine using the Nitris DX.

I really hate computers...
