Default Video Engine reported an error. PT 12.5 on Win10

Hi there, I'm using PT 12.5 on Windows 10. I keep getting the message "The Video Engine reported an error. More information is in the Video Engine log file log file." when I try to here's where you explain what you're doing when the error happens
Can anyone help me identify the problem, and hopefully a solution? Contents of the log and sandra report are below. Thanks!

Hi, Are you able to locate and open the Video Engine log file? Supposedly, it's located here: C:\Users\Username\appdata\Local\Avid\Logs\VideoEng ineLog.txt
