If PT11 isn't seeing Artist series.
Just a quick tip, if your Artist Series isn't seeing PT11, mine just stayed on 'finder'. It could be that you have a customised pro tools eucon personality , I simply renamed the PT10 xml file to PT11 and it worked fine. I also copied back the PT10 version so both versions work.
I hope that makes sense, sorry it's late....

So to be a bit clearer,
on a mac in "/Library/Application Support/Euphonix/UserSets/MC2User/MC_USER_SET__Root" there is a file called "Pro Tools 10Mac.xml" if you have saved any changes to the default layout, this was stopping connection in PT11. If you either delete this file or rename to "Pro Tools 11Mac.xml" it starts working again.
