"too" not completed correctly but case was closed! What!?
Ive just attempted to complete a Transfer Of Ownership. The recipient of the licence can see the pro tools product in his account but IT STILL HAS MY ILOK ID ON IT! I cant do anything to it from my iLOK account and he CANT ACTIVATE IT FROM HIS!! Furthermore the case was closed on Avids end and we have had zero response when inquiring.
This is just one of many examples of the completely awful support model that Avid uses. Im beyond frustrated with this. I cant even contact Avid to correct this without paying another $80. WHY?! |
