Hi there, I can't reach customer support in any way... Trying since 2 weeks. I wrote emails, trying the (impossible) chatbot and trying to contact even Digital River without any luck... It seems this company doesn't exist. I need to fix details on my invoice but it's a mission impossible to accomplish. I'm so frustrated. And I find it unacceptable, considering the cost of their software.
