completely OT
can anyone read mandarin? I need a phrase translated...couldn't find any resource on the web which would offer such a thing so I'm relying on the ever helpful PT users....

If your phrase is in Pinyin (the official romanization system of the PRC - i.e. spelled out with western characters) you can check out mandarintools.com They have an OK Pinyin to english translator.
