PT launching - "Can't locate the material"

Hello,

I've been subscribing to the free trial of Pro Tools. I downloaded ilok and Protools and have activated the licence through the ilok cloud.

When I open PT, it says "can't locate the material, press ok when..." (as i can translate from french).

So I unistalled PT, and ilok, and its hidden files from my computer to install it again but the same problem remains.

Any thoughts to help me figure it out ?

This is not the correct section of the DUC(this is for Pro Tools 12) so maybe a moderator can move to the appropriate section? Next, look above for the link called Help Us Help You so you can see what kind of information folks need before they can offer any advice. What are you trying to use as an interface? Can you try setting language to English for testing?
