Default AVID Venue E6L power error

I keep getting an error from AVID Venue E6L Engine telling me that one power supply or one power cord is disconnected. Please see the attachment. I can pull out one power cord at a time without losing power. I know that similar errors have been addressed here, but not specifically this one. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks, Valentin. I have also called Support and they sent me some suggestions. I was hoping for more suggestions from this group.

Working voltages are normal, this error is caused by the PSU status cable. Just change it.

We have just had a similar thing happen, we get a warning saying AC1 is disconnected, but if you unplug AC2, it still runs fine. What was your fix?Just before I lodge a ticket with support and wait...

The way to fix it is to go to support anyway.

Here's what my support contact said: "It could be a false read if that’s what it is then it could be a connector is loose inside and needs to be reseated ( try to open the tray and reenter it ) or if firmware related then try an engine restore, last step would be to try a BMC reflash."

I'll try the connector loose check this week and get back to the forum.

So I tried re-seating the connector, flashing the BMC, and performing an Engine Restore. Same problem with Power Status error. Now they are suggesting that we buy a new power cage to clear the fault. I'm leaning towards replacing the Power status cable. Any thoughts?
