Exporting files with timecode stamp
Hi Guys , here's my query
I'm transfering tracks from 2" tape into pro tools (Mac) and then exporting each track as a .WAV file. The exported files will be put into another hard disk recorder and need to be in the same timecode position. I'm wondering if the timecode stamp is put into the WAV file when exporting? I know that Broadcast Wav files contain timecode information , but the only reference to that in Pto tools is for importing Wav files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Exporting files with timecode stamp
Some suggestions.
Export region defenitions when finished. Use Barbabatch when converting from SDII to .WAV and click "copy regions etc" Maybe thtat will work, but i cannot verify. or Name the file as instrument-timestamp (copy start time) |
