ModDelay 3 Bug introduced in 10.3.4 Again?

Just to confirm it, does anyone have problems with Mod Delay 3 not recalling saved settings when opening sessions?

I remember it's old bug that was fixed in 10.3.2 version i believe.

can anybody confirm it? i opened few sessions and the settings aren't recalled
