Default Groove Templates

i got mpc groove templates for pro-tools. they are an rar file. Does anyone know how i get them going?? I can't open them in pro-tools, through the desktop, or add them as a plug in.....

These files are archived (.rar is similar to .zip). Winrar is the program that will open them. I think they have a free trial you could use.
