I noticed that I was also having pops while recording when I had the 192i/o connected on the first HD card. I fixed it by connecting the Digi cable coming from FOH to the first three HD cards and the 192i/o to last the one. I tried a couple of other things but this fixed it. I'm using Sync to provide clock as well and it works better!

I did try splitting out the tracks and that had no effect at all on it. I read on the forums here that someone was having a similar issue which they had pegged to the onboard SATA controller so thats what i'm hoping is the issue. I'll be able to tell if that is the issue after tonight. crt |

Well using the IDE controller didn't help. I guess the next thing to try is a hyperfast raid array. I'm at a loss for what this could be.
