Hi,
I've had an old upgrade and support plan... Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 It was sitting unused for a long time. I was under the impression that they didn't expire and redeeming it would get me back up to the current version of protools. I tried to redeem it today but it says it's only good for protools 10-11-12. Could anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

I've just confirmed with the licensing team who've previously handled your support case and the code you used is only entitled to Pro Tools 10 up to 12.5. You can purchase a Renewal Code for $199 from Authorized resellers to get that Pro Tools up to date. I'll send an Email now via the support case.
