Need PT 7 (7.4) hardware requirements

Howdy folks,

I've been running 7.4 on an old PC, OS hard drive finally petered out and I need to get another PC. My old one was built specifically for PT (5.?), but I need to know what the hardware requirements are and I can't find anything except the OS....

Anyone have that?

I suspect any current computer that works with current PT would work, but you are stuck with XP, and that's gonna be tough as its a dead version. Personally, I would come into the 21st century. PT11/12 has a ton of features you don't have now, and allows you to use almost ANY interface from any manufacturer. If you have an original Mbox(focusrite preamps), its a paperweight. 002rack still works(with 003r driver). 002 mixer is alright in PT10, but in 11/12, it passes audio, but has no control function. Personally, I would build a new PC and get a new interface(no recommendation there without knowing your needs and budget)
