Default Service Question...

What would cause the area just below where the metal silver fader panel meets the dark blue plastic bumper on the console to not sit even? We've had our SC48 for about 2 weeks, and its seems as if now when you run your finger down that seem, its very uneven and appears to be getting worse. Console is road cased and kept in standard temps when not in use? Any ideas? Is it a matter of tightening those little hex screws to bring that seem back to even? Weird how that is happening. Please help, thanks!!

Just for clarification, if you are looking down on the console from mix position, the area I am talking about is right where your wrists would fall when your fingers are on the faders. Its where the silver metal panel meets the dark blue plastic just below those little hex screws. Run your finger along that seem from left to right. Thanks!

This doesn't sound familiar. Can you take a photo and forward it to me directly so I can see what you're talking about?

Thanks,
Rich

Thanks Digi. Rich, I forgot to send pictures, although now it seems others have the same issue, so I'm not gonna worry about it unless it gets worse. Thanks guys!
