M-Powered Academic 7.4 / M-Audio MobilePre USB Academic Error Message
I got the PT Academic Hardware Upgrade to M-Powered Academic 7.4.
I originally purchased M Audio Academic Series with Pro Tools pack with the MobilePre Usb Academic through my school. I recieved and offer to upgrade to M-Powered 7.4. I had to purchase an iLok to get it to work. My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1, I have my MobilePre Academic driver installed, I have Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4 installed, I have uninstalled and reinstalled them to see if that is the issue. I am getting this error message, "Unable to locate M-Audio hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on." I don't know what to do. I can't get Pro Tools to recognize the M Audio MobilePre Academic. Can someone help me? Please. |
