Access Virus Bug?

Hi!

I'm new in this forum and recently bought HD1 accel.

I have the exact same problem with the Indigo. When you change preset occillator 1 sets itself to like 4 octaves to low and you have to, EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE PRESET, move the dco knob up and down to reset the pitch......or you have to open the virus again!!

PLEASE tell me that someone found a cure for this disease!!

Tried today to install the 7.4.2 version....and the patch changing problem was gone!....?????

Anothger issues:

Delay Time Issue
Try the different delay times of the delay effect when synced to midi timimng.

Some timings only work as they should, for example 1/2 and 1/4 will have the same timing ...

Saturation Lowpass Issue
Global / Saturation / Lowpass is NOT working like a Lowpass Filter, but producing weird digital noise.
The second Saturation section shows how it has to be .

Regarding the broken Patches
For me using the Factory patches form the Access Homepage are working!

Take the time and pen CASE so that Digidesign is aware of such thing!, *please* ( update 2011, now you have to pay to get support)

Best way to make the issue hearable is to start form a Patch called "commerce" when using the default preset with come with the Virus.

yes noticed this as well with pc HD6 PT 8.0.4. Some patches good, others have a modulation thing going on.
